Tricky letters e f j s u — and every letter checked
The five irregular letters have no family pattern, so each is learned on its own — and then the whole alphabet is checked.
What it is
These five do not follow the families, so each has its own path. e is the only letter that starts in the middle with a line ACROSS. s changes direction twice. f and j are the two letters that go both above and below the line.
Watch it built
1e: a short line across the middle first, then up and around.
e
2s: over to the left, curve back right, then left again. Two turns.
s
3f and j reach above AND below the line. u is down, around, up, and down again.
f j u
Remember
These five have no family. Learn each path on its own.
Ask yourself: “Which letter felt hard?”
Remember
If I can write all twenty-six, I can write anything.
