The four corners of the page
Every page opens with the same four pieces of information in the same four places.
What it is
Every page you hand in is set out the same way, and the four corners tell a reader everything before they read a word. Your name goes top left. The date goes top right, at the far edge. The subject goes under your name; the topic goes under the date.
